Delivery Information

All stock is located in the UK and ships directly from our Warehouse to you.

- We ship to all European Union countries and also Norway and Switzerland.

- If your order is placed before noon, Monday to Friday, we try to ship the same day. However, during peak times we may be unable to ship same day.

- All orders have a €9,99 delivery charge.

- All orders ship with DHL Express.

- You will receive tracking information for your shipment once it has shipped.

- If you have ordered an item that is on "Pre-Order", the order will ship once we receive stock.

Customs

- Anyone ordering on the EU store will have to pay VAT (charged at your local rate) and any import charges before delivery. DHL will contact you before delivery to arrange payment of these fees.
