Delivery Information

All stock is located in the UK and ships directly from our Warehouse to you.

- We ship to all European Union countries and also Switzerland, Norway, and Albania.

- We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Turkey, or Ukraine.

- If your order is placed before 1PM, Monday to Friday we try to ship the same day. However, during peak times we may be unable to ship same day.

- All orders have a €9,99 delivery charge.

- All orders ship with DHL.

- You will receive tracking information for your shipment once it has shipped.

- If you have ordered an item that is on "Pre-Order" the order will ship once we receive stock.

Customs

- Anyone ordering on the EU store will have to pay VAT and any import charges prior to delivery. DHL will contact you prior to delivery.
