At CalDigit, we have a passion of making products that enrich your digital life. If for any reason, the CalDigit product you bought did not perform up to your satisfaction and our friendly staff was not able to resolve your concerns, we are happy to take it back. No questions asked, period!
CalDigit Online Store customers have 60 days to return any undamaged items along with all the accessories and original packaging for a full refund, less S&H fees, if any. Customer is responsible for return freight back to CalDigit warehouse locations.
To return an item, your order must meet the following criteria:
- Product must have been purchased from the CalDigit Online Store.
- Customer must request for a refund within 60 days of the invoice date.
- Product must be undamaged and in the same condition as it was purchased.
Please email CalDigit support@CalDigit.com or rma@CalDigit.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the item back to us. CalDigit does not accept returns that have not been authorized in advance and the item will be returned to you.
The customer is responsible to make sure that the item is returned to CalDigit in good condition. CalDigit is not responsible for any returns that do not arrive at CalDigit that are either lost or damaged. We recommend that returned items are sent back to CalDigit with a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking capabilities such as UPS, FedEx or DHL.
If CalDigit deems the item to be damaged you will not receive a refund and the item will be returned to you.

If you saw any In Stock item(s) advertised on the CalDigit Online Store for less, within 60 days of your purchase, CalDigit would gladly honor and refund the price difference back to you. This does not include any lower prices found on 3rd party stores such as Amazon or CalDigit resellers.
Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events, such as but not limited to, Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

From time to time, the CalDigit Online Store sells pre-orders for pre-release items. CalDigit strives to ship the items within the time-frame indicated on the online store item page. However, there may be instances when the pre-order item is delayed or cancelled. In this instance the customer is entitled to a full refund.
CalDigit, in its sole discretion, may refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. CalDigit may also require additional information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order that was placed on caldigit.com, we will provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify CalDigit's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We are simply confirming that we received your order. CalDigit reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If CalDigit cancels an order after you have already been billed, CalDigit will refund the full billed amount.
If CalDigit receives an order from certain remote areas or countries where shipping costs are significantly higher, we may contact you to let you know of any extra charge associated with shipping your item. Alternatively you can cancel your order for a refund. The actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond CalDigit's control once it leaves our facilities. CalDigit cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
The CalDigit Online Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale. If you are a reseller or distributor contact our sales team (email@example.com).
There may be occasions when CalDigit confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, CalDigit will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
- The US CalDigit online store is responsible for orders in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and South America. If you would like to place an order from outside these regions, please refer to the international reseller section of our site or contact us for assistance.
- While we try to fulfill orders as soon as possible, most in stock items will ship within 48 hours. For urgent orders, please contact CalDigit customer support for accurate shipping estimates.
- Sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated during the checkout process. All products sold on the CalDigit US store are shipped from California, USA.
- The customer is responsible for any import fees/tariffs for international shipments.
