CalDigit online store policy
The CalDigit Asia Online Store is run and operated by Castle Rock, Inc. All products from the Online Store are shipped direct from Castle Rock, Inc. based in Taiwan.
CalDigit Online Store customers have 30 days to return any undamaged items along with all the accessories and original packaging for a full refund less any S&H fees. Customers are responsible for return freight back to CalDigit Asia locations, including associated fees/tariffs, on returns. You must contact CalDigit Asia: firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain an RMA number before returning the product.
To return an item, your order must meet the following criteria:
- Product must have been purchased from the CalDigit Asia Online Store.
- Customer must request for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Product must be undamaged and in the same condition as it was purchased.
Please email CalDigit Asia: email@example.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the item back to us. CalDigit does not accept returns that have not been authorized in advance and the item will be returned to you.
The customer is responsible to make sure that the item is returned to CalDigit in good condition. CalDigit is not responsible for any returns that do not arrive at CalDigit that are either lost or damaged. We recommend that returned items are sent back to CalDigit with a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking capabilities such as UPS, FedEx or DHL.
If CalDigit deems the item to be damaged you will not receive a refund and the item will be returned to you.
For the product under warranty, customers are responsible for return freight of the faulty unit back to CalDigit Asia
office locations, including associated fees/tariffs on returns. The costs of repairing/replacing and the freight of the repaired/replaced unit back to the customer are free under warranty. The faulty caused by physical damage may generate a repair fee even under warranty, in such case we will inform customer to quote in advance. You must
contact CalDigit Asia: firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain an RMA number before returning the product.
From time to time, the CalDigit Online Store sells pre-orders for pre-release items. CalDigit strives to ship the items within the time-frame indicated on the online store item page. However, there may be instances when the pre-order item is delayed or cancelled. In the case of a cancellation the customer is entitled to a full refund.
CalDigit, in its sole discretion, may refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. CalDigit may also require additional information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order that was placed on caldigit.com we will provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify CalDigit's acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We are simply confirming that we received your order. CalDigit reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If CalDigit cancels an order after you have already been billed, CalDigit will refund the full billed amount.
The CalDigit Online Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale. If you are a reseller or distributor contact our Asia sales team ( email@example.com ).
There may be occasions when CalDigit confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, CalDigit will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
Customers are responsible for any import fees/tariffs for international shipments.
CalDigit reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the policies either in an individual case or in general, at any time without notice.
