Payment
- CalDigit Asia online store accepts payment through Paypal only. Credit card is also acceptable through a verified Paypal account.
Delivery
- All stock is located in the TW and ships directly from our Warehouse to you.
- We ship to most Asia countries and also Middle East, Oceania, and Russia. (Currently delivery service may be unavailable for some Countries, if you can't find the Country name in the form, please contact asia@caldigit.com)
- Customers from China or Japan or Taiwan, please check following website by your region:
- If your order is placed before 2PM(GMT+8), Monday to Friday we try to ship the same day. However, during peak times we may be unable to ship same day.
- The freight can be estimated in the shopping cart or the checkout page. Please click "View Cart" in the shopping cart or "Checkout" after all the items are added into the cart, select your country to estimate the freight.
- If any change on the shipping information (address, recipient name, phone number) after the order is shipped, we will charge a second trip freight for the amendment. The delivery time is based on the arrangement by logistic company. Please must check the shipping information carefully.
- The import Custom duty is excluded from the freight. The customer is responsible for any import fees/tariffs for international shipments.
- You will receive tracking information for your shipment on the ship date.
